Current Opportunities
McKinnon is seeking a Senior Marketing Consultant for a hands-on, delivery role to be based in either or Sydney or Melbourne office. In this role you will plan, coordinate and deliver integrated marketing and communications campaigns across McKinnon’s portfolio.
This role is ideal for someone who has operated in complex environments and is ready for greater ownership, continuity and impact. Your background may include working as an Account Manager, Consultant or similar role in a marketing or communications agency, where you were trusted to run campaigns and keep delivery moving.
You bring strong expertise across integrated campaign delivery and a readiness to operate as a high-impact, delivery-focused generalist — planning, coordinating and executing work rather than handing it off. You thrive in a start-up environment and you’re comfortable rolling up your sleeves to make things happen.

Program Managers deliver our programs, manage key relationships, and help drive the change we exist to make.
We’re seeking experienced generalists with a policy focus — people who have led complex programs and want to broaden their skills and experience. You’ll be:
